Workouts will utilize a multitude of challenging circuits (EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata, etc.) using various equipment such as (but not limited to) medicine balls, ropes, weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, sleds, TRX straps, and bodyweight along with conditioning opportunities such as (indoor) field work, jump ropes, dynamic bodyweight movement and agility exercises for a full-body conditioning focus.
Each class will begin with a brief 5-10 minute warmup and activation, followed by a 30-40 minute circuit. We'll conclude each workout with a cooldown and stretch.
