We'll perform a short warmup before HIITing a solid 25-30 minute circuit to include strength, mobility, endurance, and power!  Bring your  mat, a bottle of water, and be ready to start your day off strong knowing you're one of the elite getting it done before the rest of the world has had its first cup of coffee!
