We'll warm up for a brief 5-10 minutes before HIITing a solid 30-40 minute circuit to include strength, mobility, endurance, and power! You'll get familiar with the many types of HIIT tools (AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, etc.) to get stronger both physically and cardiovascularly--all before most have had their first cup of coffee!
