After a brief 5-10 minute warmup, we'll tackle a 30-40 minute HIIT workout using bodyweight, dumb bells and cardio exercises-both on and off of the indoor artificial turf field. All fitness levels are welcome, as the intensity of each workout is up to each participant. I'm there to push each individual to her fullest, being respectful of individual capabilities and abilities. No two workouts are exactly the same, to keep your body guessing, and your interest peaked-to see just how hard you can push yourself!
